Refund policy

Returns

• You can return goods within 3 days of the date you receive them, if they are unused, in saleable condition and with the product labels intact.
• Logo-printed, custom-branded and made-to-order umbrellas cannot be returned.
• Please email contact@classicumbrella.in or WhatsApp +91 99993 54066 with your order number before sending a return.
• Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. Book the return with a reputed courier; the courier booking date is the return date and must fall within 3 days of receipt.
• Send returns to: Classic Umbrella, 7882, Dinanath Road, Roshanara Road, opposite Radhe Krishna Mandir, near Pul Bangash Metro Station, Delhi 110007.

Refunds

• When your return arrives we inspect it and email you to say whether the refund is approved. We decide whether returned goods are in saleable condition.
• Approved refunds of the amount paid for the goods are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
